Access Group – The group(s) to which a user has been assigned in the Attendee page, which can give extra access to content like top menus, resources, locations, and sessions.

Activities Score – The score assigned to each attendee based on their activities. Point counts can be customized for each activity by assigning a weight of 0 to 5.

Consumption Activities – Refers to activities that are passive and do not require interaction, such as watching a session or visiting a booth.

Interaction Activities – Refers to activities in which attendees must communicate with others such as exhibitors or other attendees.

# Downloads – The number of resources downloaded.

# Items saved – The number of items attendees clicked the star icon to Follow, like a speaker, exhibitor, or attendee.

API – Stands for Application Programming Interface. Engagez offers several APIs to allow third parties to add or retrieve content or user analytics from the system.  For Example, many of our customers use remote registration API to integrate their registration system with Engagez, funneling new attendees into the platform in real-time. A further explanation of API can be found here.

Attendees – Any user who has signed in and entered the venue at least once, regardless of their role status as Admins, Contributors, or Members. (In the Attendees page of the Administer menu, “Attendees” refers to any user who can enter the venue while it is open, whether the attendee was imported, registered, or manually added by an Admin.)

Unique Attendees – The number of unique individuals, signed in and entered the venue at least once, within a specified time period.

Amount Paid – The amount an attendee paid for their ticket, based on the price of the ticket. To integrate ticket purchasing into your Engagez registration, you must have a PayPal Business Account.

Chat – Use of the Chat feature in Engagez, made up of only one-on-one written communication within the platform. This does not include Messages, which also are sent to users’ emails.

Clicked Thru (Resource) – This metric only applies to link and not file resources and implies the user clicked on the link and opened the destination page in a new browser tab.

Conversion (Rate) – The number of Attendees (those that entered the venue) divided by the number of Registrants (those that registered for the event, either by self-registering or through an import).

Coupon – The coupon, if any, used by an attendee to register for the event. Coupons can be created and modified on the Registration / Sign In page.

External ID  – Refers to a unique identifier for each user, passed into Engagez through an API or Import. This helps Admins tie attendees in Engagez to their external registration records.

Group Chat – The group chat box available to any Attendee that enters an Exhibit, Collaboration Room, or venue-level page. This box can be added separately in the Group Chat panel or as a tab in the Interaction panel.

Last Attendance Date – The most recent date on which a user logged into the venue.

Message – A message sent in the Messages area or by clicking on another attendees business card and clicking on Message. The contents of a message are logged internally under Messages with the complete copy of the message emailed to the user.  The recipient must log back into the venue to respond.
