Engagez provides a robust registration system for paid or free registration options with unlimited ticketing options as well as coupon codes and group registrations. Select from one of several major payment gateways we support and enter your merchant account credentials.  The money from each transaction will go directly to your merchant account.  Engagez does not charge fees, and is not involved in the payment process at all.  

Registration forms can be configured with conditional logic to take registrants on custom paths. Registration questions can also assign participants specific access groups that you define, such as  paid, complementary, student, exhibitor, sponsor, speakers, VIP, staff, volunteer, or in the case of hybrid events, onsite or remote .  Using these assignments, organizers can control each user’s access privileges to specific functionality, content and program within the event.

The Engagez platform can  be configured as an event app supporting onsite attendees.  This is a browser based app, requiring no downloads, supporting all mobile devices.  The mobile experience provides easy access to conference agenda, personalized calendar, and access to all resources  including exhibitors’.  Those physically at the event can also use this app to interact with session polls, surveys, Q&A, and receive certificates.  Regardless whether attendees are remote or onsite, the app can be used for networking, chatting and video calling.
